Our client from Malta ordered the model KL-1 peanut roasting machine from our company on May 17, 2016 and showed his satisfaction about the
operating performance of the peanut roasting machine after using for several
months. The client said that he was also satisfied with the after sale service
we provided and would order some other supporting equipment later.
The peanut roasting machine is mainly used for peanuts, broad beans, coffee beans, melon seeds, nuts and other granular material drying and roasting. In the process of heating, the drum rotates constantly so that the materials can be heated evenly. The peanut roaster has the advantages of energy saving, safe, health and convenient, easy to operate.
Automatic temperature control, the temperature can be adjusted in 0-300 degree. Equipped with manual clutch, in case of sudden power failure that materials in the drum can be taken out manually to avoid the waste.
All equipment and material contacting parts are made of stainless steel, including upper and lower hopper, drum and tray. The outer layer is stainless steel plate and the main frame is made of carbon steel. The tank is stainless steel plate punching. The stainless steel punched-plate is firm, wear resistant with longer service life.
